Martin Oil Company

I was almost out of oil today. I had ordered oil earlier in the week and understandably they were swamped because of the weather and was looking at Monday for my oil delivery. I called them and shared with them today I was basically out of oil and these folks went out of their way today to make sure I got oil and were professional and so kind to me. I am grateful to the driver and the ladies at the office who helped me this afternoon. Thank you again so much.

Our boiler died on 2/2. Called this morning and the techs came a few hours later. They were very professional and courteous. Took them about an hour and they fixed the issue and explained all costs for the parts and labor. Great job! Definitely recommend.

Very unprofessional terrible customer service! Told us they wouldn't fix our furnace if we didn't buy fuel oil from them. They didn't even give us a chance to tell them we have a gas furnace not oil. Very rude people!

Extremely rude, inappropriate, and sarcastic customer service. Especially, toward someone that never misses a payment. You should be ashamed of yourself.
