Martin Pools

We had the worst time getting our new pool ready. We have a well and the water turned brown. 😖The staff at Martin pools helped us every step of the way getting it nice and clear. They wouldn’t give up when I was about ready too. And I can finally enjoy my pool. I would recommend them to anyone with a pool or hot tub. They are my pool people and I will now only go to them. 😊

Again not amazed with the person working behind the counter. Seemed helpful and knowledgeable of what they had to offer. Check out time, of course asked for discounts for seniors or veterans. Yep, double or triple if you like, instead of no. Left it at the counter and was walking out, she said I was just joking. You want to insult people, fine. The 2 other young sales people remained quiet.

Bought a pool and had no idea what I was doing the 2 lady's sampled my water gave me exactly what I needed simple instructions. She told me to bring her a sample weekly and she would take care of the rest told me enjoy my pool not obsess over it. Highly recommend going to see them if you want to enjoy your pool.

So I’ve contacted them month ago about getting our pool cleaned and take a look at our pump as it leaking. I was on hold for over 45 minutes and the lady that finally answer the call stated we could schedule you for the week of June 10…Called back on June 12 asked them if they are still coming out. Again on hold for 20 mins before she answered. Stated they should be there either June 13,14, or 15. Here it is June 15 and no call from them! I call them and once again same lady told me we are sorry but they will not be coming out as we are short staff. Doesn’t matter if they are short staff or not you should show up and get it done rather than putting it off. That is where you lose your business! We are not very happy and feel like they just use the excuse of short staff! I would love for a m

I simply love the service that they provide. They do the water sampling for free as long as you bring them a 20 ounce bottle of the pool water. There was even a nice lady who carried out my things that I bought out to the truck for me, even though I didn’t ask for any help. She done this out of the kindness of her heart. Now that’s what I call “Good service”.
