Shawn provided super customer service by making a call late in the afternoon when most other companies would have put you off until the next day. He immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was gone in less than 30 minutes. His willingness to help, his expertise and his concern for our comfort are all appreciated. Also we appreciate having a cool house again within the hour and the ability to get a good, COOL nights sleep!

I've used this company for a long time at multiple addresses. I can honestly say, that if you want good comfort in your house, the best VALUE for your money, and someone you can trust to not force you into something you don't need, then this is the A/C company to go with! They serviced my parents house, and the 1981 GE Executive A/C unit they have serviced for all these years is still running strong. Owner has integrity, and you don't find that a lot these days! Not the cheapest company out there, but the quality of the job they do is always over the top which makes the value great. Most of the time the owner is who does the service.

Spoke with Sean on the phone. He was very rude and literally told me to call someone else. He was upset i didnt give him my last name and wanted to know who i was. I told him my last name and told him i just had a question about code enforcment and i was looking for a reputable company to ask but if he was too busy i would call someone else. He told me to do that and was obnoxiousy rude about it. I would not want him near my house.
