To my pleasant surprise, Carlos promptly answered my call at 6:21am and arrived within the hour to assess the situation. He and his helper were very pleasant and professional. Not gonna lie Man, Carlos saved us last night. You know how hard it is to get someone to come out here on a holiday. He drove all the way to the Hamptons at 10 pm at night to help us out with an emergency repair. He figured out the problem rand fixed the sink reaaaal quick. Super professional and respectful. Martinez and his crew did an amazing job. I called them out to inspect an issue with my sewer exit piping—my washing machine was dumping water into a pipe, and the pump that sends everything to the sewer line was backing up and dripping. Martinez was courteous, professional, and immediately knew what the problem was. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the situation. Out of towns with a small property on Long Island. Notified that neighbor observed water spewing out of the kitchen sink and onto the floor through the window. Called Martinez, plumbing last Thursday, to my delight he picked up! He agreed to meet us this Monday, was on time, was efficient, was absolutely wonderful to work with.
