The weekend we picked up half a beef from the butcher, the temp of our less than year old freezer started drifting up. We contacted the factory and after a couple months of having to borrow a friend's freezer and multiple warranty service calls from random "appliance repairmen" that helped a little for a few days, warranty ran out. We figured we'd just have to buy a new freezer and decided to have a reputable business to check our old freezer out first. We called Martin's and Bradlyn, who has @ 20 years experience with appliances, came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. Parts came in early and we had the freezer fixed in @ a week for a fraction of what a new freezer would have cost. We called Martin's on November 21st to repair our GE side by side fridge. Came on Monday defrosted the coils so we could use the fridge till parts came in after Thanksgiving. Got a call on Tuesday morning the parts had come in and they had time so they fixed it. Fantastic job, very knowledgeable about his work, excellent work. Martin's fixed our fridge last week. The repair man was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He even tuned up the hinges so the doors shut better now. It feels like a brand new fridge. I highly recommend Martin's if you need an appliance repaired.

Our LG fridge starting throwing an error code which was beyond my capacity to investigate and fix. martins was busy at the time and came out about a week later, arriving as scheduled and diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement part, and came back another week later to fix the issue. The part was the right fix but was pretty costly at $365. However, I’m happy with not having to replace a costly appliance and we were minimally inconvenienced from the issue. Thanks Martins!
