Had a problem with a large safe. Called every locksmith in a 50 mile radius. One that I won't name acted like he would help me, after about 5 days he told me to get someone else, he wouldn't help me. I called Marty's and got an appointment the same day. Came out, sorted the problem immediately and got me back in. Didn't break the bank, very friendly, professional and honest. If you have a problem call Marty's FIRST. Save yourself stress and time, highly recommend.

Came in on a Thursday for a new key for my car, lady at the front asked me to make an appointment the following Monday because there’s only 1 person who could do it and he wasn’t going to be available until the following Monday, I said that’s fine, had to go back on Monday only for them to tell me that they don’t have the needed key in stock, I figured they should’ve made sure of that since they made me make an appointment and asked multiple times what kind of car it was. Then they said they’ll call me back when they have the key. It’s been about two weeks and they never called me back. It’s pretty clear they didn’t want to to business with me for some reason. Don’t waste your time with these people like I did and go to KeyShoppe in Slidell, they took care of my needs in less than 10 minut

My wife accidentally locked the keys in the car with our kid in the car. Marty’s was my first call. They literally showed up in 5 minutes and saved the day. I highly recommend them. 5 star service. I’m forever grateful for their quality of service.

Came home from trip today. Front door keypad battery dead. Rear door locked, no keys with me. Couldn’t get in the house. Called Marty, came out in 25 minutes. Huge thanks to Marty! I lost the key to my car and after calling the dealership and having my car towed to the dealership. To get a new key after the dealership postponed being able to help us for 2 days and needing another day I called Marty. He was amazing he showed up and had the job done in ten minutes!
