Marvelous Pool Design did such an amazing job on our pool, spa, and pool/spa deck! The owner, Joshua Lee provided us with many options for the tiling and pool/spa flooring and helped us pick the perfect combination of a pebble bottom with abalone that sparkles in the sun! We love the finish! In addition to the pool/spa, they added in multi-color with bluetooth control pool and spa lights that are beautiful and fun in the evening! Santiago and his team not only made our pool/spa gorgeous, but they also redid our pool/spa decks with textured cement and brass finishes on the drains, removed our old fire pit, and added a cement Flagstone walkway through our beautiful Japanese garden. Marvelous pool team just completed our pool plaster, tiles, coping and re-plumbing. They look so much better now and we love the work. Joshua and Hana communicated to us on every step of the project and the team did a great work and leave our place clean. We highly recommend this company! Joshua and team were amazing in their craftsmanship and customer service. Our pool was leaking and we were looking to update the look. Joshua provided guidance on various options and explained the process throughly at a fair price. We went with Wet Edge (like pebbletec) which provided a very modern look that added extra protection to prevent future leaks. They made sure the process went smoothly from start to finish and looked out for our best interest afterwards. I would highly recommend this company since they are honest and make sure to take the long term approach to make sure their customers are happy and feel confident in their work.

Marvelous Pool Design has been extremely disappointing when it comes to customer service and follow-up. I have been trying to reach them for over a month regarding an issue, and they have completely ignored me. I’ve called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent several emails with absolutely no response. Once they are done with the job, it seems they have no interest in helping their customers if something goes wrong or if you need support. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a company working on expensive and long-term projects like pools. If you value responsiveness, accountability, and basic customer service, do not use this company. I strongly regret choosing Marvelous Pool Design

We have two pools that Joshua services and maintains. Prior to hiring him, I always had to clean leaves and debris from my lap pool, despite it being covered except during my daily lap swim. Since hiring Joshua, my pool is spotless and free from debris, the salt chemistry is good, and the water feels clear and fresh. Joshua is available for questions and is a pro at what he does. I highly recommend him and his company.
