This company was hands down one of the best when it comes to quality customer service and efficiency. I contacted Marxaire after dealing with a different company who told me I would need to completely replace my hvac system. Not only did they send someone out asap, they sent a tech (William) who was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. He fixed my system same day! I’m so happy I went with this company and would highly recommend them for sure!

The Marxaire team is the best! From the office to the field technicians! Techs are great at explaining what's going on without "mansplaining" it. The office crew is super helpful in answering questions, keeping me updated, and assisting with scheduling techs. They replaced the 40 year old AC unit. It took a little creativity and retro fitting to get a new unit installed and perfect for our bakery kitchen! But they made it all work and now my staff have been nice and chill all summer!
