Worst parking experience ever! Don’t park here! We called to exit and they charged us for a full day stay, you have to text for a refund and there’s no customer service. They used a card we paid to park over 2 years ago, they said would be free, but used our info from previous parking and over charged, without permission! don’t park with this parking system.

Hands down the least intuitive parking experience in the world. How can you require people to either download an app or call a phone number to open the gate? It lacks consideration for 1) the elderly, 2) tourists, 3) new visitors, 4) the fact that 5+ floors of concrete sit above your head and reduces phone signals. Switch to the old system: hit a button, get a ticket, pay at exit. Perfect example of where tech innovation makes easy tasks hard for no reason.

Worst parking garage I’ve ever been to. It reeked of urine, the front desk lady had an attitude, and the whole layout was confusing to get in and out of. Overall a really awful experience.

Could not charge my Tesla because somebody in valet thought it was ok to take up two supercharging spots. There was no way to reach them to move the cars.

Worst parking ever. You need a phone to enter and to leave. Most people don't know how it works. Be prepared to lose a lot of time. I can't believe how stupid that system is....
