We had an amazing experience working with Maryland Bay Construction, from start to finish. We needed bathroom upgrades in our small, old school building, and Rob, Dennis, and the team took great care to support our vision AND stay on budget and on time. I was so impressed by their communication throughout the process, as well as their high standards and excellent end results. My team and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Adam and Rob. We’ve collaborated with them on a community development project in Waverly - fully renovating homes, helping first time home buyers, and totally revitalizing a neighborhood that had fallen into disrepair. These guys are the best of the best in Baltimore City!

We are very glad that we found Maryland Bay to do extensive door and window work on our home. Rob was patient and flexible in finding just what we needed, and Gayle, Junior, JR, and Eric were meticulous with both installation and finish work. Radcliffe came in on a weekend and painted hard-to-reach stairwell areas, as well as returning the skylight to its original condition. All done on time and within the estimate. We chose Maryland Bay to do a complete renovation of our house, and we are so pleased that we did. Right from the beginning the company listened to what we wanted, and made us partners in the project. They cleaned up at the end of each workday, and always asked if we were satisfied with the work. If not (which was rare) they would make corrections without any charge. Even after the project was successfully completed, they were available to make any improvements.
