Maryland Countertop Solutions

I didn't actually go into the showroom but I communicated a lot with Mary online who was fantastic. She was super competent and communicative. She worked with our contractor and answered all my questions well. She also helped us find different warehouses that they worked with to let us see a bunch of different possible slabs for our kitchen. They had a competitive quote and excellent service.

The showroom staff was great! Mary was super informative and helpful, and communication was great. She helped us pick the perfect countertops. Second, the gentleman who came out to get the exact measurements was on time and knowledgable. Lastly, the crew that just came to install our countertops were also fantastic! Very nice and very hard working. The countertops fit perfectly and look amazing. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure to confirm everything. We believe we got the best deal around and we’ve definitely started referring friends and family.

Definitely not the company I would recommend. I could not even get the price from them without the woman on the phone actually yelling at me. Fun fact, I looked at the call log an it lasted 59 seconds. Their receptionist was yelling at me in less than a minute. I don't understand. They sent a person out to prepare a quote and when I follow up, I get some hostel receptionist. I can not imagine how unfun it would be if there was an actual dispute to resolve with this organization.

Mary was helpful, efficient and extremely courteous. The installers did a great job. We ran into a slight glitch at the end, but, feel the guarantee the company offers was the solution. Overall, I'd highly recommend.
