Great quality selection and excellent customer service. I purchased a fridge from them that said I came with a dual ice maker. When the fridge arrived without that feature, they offered me an upgrade replacement fridge with that feature at no extra cost. Marzuco is interested in developing long term relationships with their customers and services everything they sell. We had a bumpy transaction but they handled it with 100% customer satisfaction in mind.

My old 2009 GE washer died Sunday, i went to Marzuco on Monday to pick out a new GE set, and they had it delivered and installed on Thursday! The sales staff was very friendly, helpful and honest. The installers were careful, skilled and thorough with their work. Thank you!!!

This place doubles as a uhaul. The ladies working had absolutely zero knowledge about hauling, hitches, ball mounts,or even trailers. Asked us for weight rating into that she couldn't tell us how to locate. We ended up finding the information, but still turned down the trailer as it was over 4 times the advertised price. This place drastically needs better training and customer service

My experience with this appliance store was fabulous. The sales assistant was very informative, and the installer was quick and very thorough. I gave them five stars, and I give Homer five stars.

Took out the extended warranty, have had the ice maker replaced 3 times, then started leaking water in lower tray, fixed that, now it has a large rust spot on the back. Repairman said that should be a full replacement by Samsung, now I get a call and they will not stand behind it. I will never do business with them again. Bought all my appliances from them and took extended warranty on all products. Just so frustrated and disappointed in this company.
