Horrible Techs and customer service. They runined my new painted walls. They were very rude and so was their so called Boss when I sent pictures of their work. Below are the pictures. Never go with them. Fair warning....

It took 3 attempts and a month to do a simple DirecTV install. The customer service was poor. Those I spoke with on the phone were not knowledgable and were not able to satisfy me. I called at 5:30pm wondering why the technician (who was scheduled to show from 8:00am to 12:00pm never showed up. The MasTec manager assured me that he had come to my home and sat in my driveway for fifteen minutes before leaving. I had been home all day, so I was just told a flat out lie. 2 weeks later they never showed up because the technician was stuck at one job all day. Took a full month to get the job done. I have never had a problem with DirecTv in the past but this installer is simply incompetent. If you have a choice request someone else.

Came out to fix my directv. After explaining the problem in advance didn’t bring equipment that is needed for repairs. Rescheduled for next day. Didn’t show up.
