If I could give Masci zero stars, I would. Their work on our road was careless, sloppy, and downright unprofessional. The replacement was done improperly, with piles of extra asphalt and sod left behind like garbage. Large sections on the edges were left incomplete, and what they did finish on our road was poorly executed at best. When the county forced them to come back and correct their mistakes, the situation only got worse. Instead of showing professionalism, a man (generously labeled) in a blue polo insulted my disabled veteran father and our neighbor across the street. The things he said to them both were downright vile. That level of disrespect is unacceptable from anyone—let alone a company supposedly hired to serve the community. This company is terrible at getting jobs complete. They started a traffic circle job at Cody’s Corner back in October and it’s now almost March and they haven’t finished. It’s one single traffic circle. PNS was able to finish multiple traffic circles on US-1 in far less time. Don’t hire these people to do a job in a timely manner.

I live here in Deltona FL, and today I seen two of your employees go out of there way and stop what they were doing to help a fix a bike chain for a child on his way home today. You should be proud of your employees that do this. just wish I could have got there names, would have bought them lunch. What a great company

I was driving on the I95 and one of their construction cones was in my path. As result my vehicle was damaged. They are refusing to pay for the damages. Horrible customer service. I, as well as others, could have been injured or killed. There has to be some type of recourse for this lack of empathy and accountability.
