I usually clean the siding myself, but was feeling too overwhelmed to do it this time. Chuck power washed the siding and scrubbed the mold, mildew and dirt off of three patios. Everything sparkled when he was done. I don’t know how long it has been since the house looked this clean. It was well worth the cost. I think he was much more reasonable then the last time I got an outrageous estimate from another contractor. Chuck is super polite and professional. I was 100% pleased...highly recommend Mason and Sons. Note: It is a good idea to move any outdoor furniture, planters far away from the spray area. Unfortunately, I did not do that and subsequently had to wash everything that was sitting near the patio.

I live in the woods and the algae and mildew buildup on my siding is considerable. I recently hired Mason and Sons to pressure wash our house and the results were amazing!
