Mason Backflow

We discovered an issue with the backflow preventer that started leaking everywhere due to the recent cold snap. Wendy was extremely helpful on the phone and took time to diagnose things, which I'm sure was during a very busy couple of days. Cost was provided up front and they were able to do the job quickly. The technician was friendly and professional and even took a moment to explain the setup and why we need it. Here are photos of the finished product in case anyone is curious about those details. I highly recommend the team.

Absolutely fantastic. Being new to the area, and not having had a sprinkler system before, we were not aware that the backflow preventer should have been covered up during a recent freeze, which resulted in damage to our backflow preventer. Thankfully, Mason Backflow was able to get out within a couple of days (despite being what I am confident was a very large number of requests for the same issue) and get it replaced and tested promptly! Communication was excellent, price was excellent, no complaints whatsoever. While I hope to not be in this situation again, I know who to contact if it happens. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing similar services. Thank you again!

I had the pleasure of interacting with Wendy, Dani, and Isaiah for testing and repair of the backflow device. The friendly service and thoughtfulness was leagues above my experience with two other vendors in the same field. If your backflow is tested and failed by the normal JEA process, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reach out to Mason; doing so saved me several hundred dollars. When the time does come for replacement, I most certainly will be reaching out to them first.

I had called several other companies to come out and Mason was one of the few to actually get back to me and have a tech out when they said they would. The office staff handled all our issues with JEA and made this the easiest transaction I’ve done this year!!
