This is the second time we have used Mason & Grant and they were able to diagnose and fix our heating issue in under thirty minutes. We have an older gas furnace and the pilot light wasn't staying lit. We called Issac heating first and their tech came out and told us we needed a whole new furnace and quoted us a price of $8700. We called Mason and Grant for a second opinion and Chris came out and replaced the thermocouple and we have heat again! I'm so glad we called them, Honest company, good people, saved us thousands! Highly recommend!

Another company (Hummingbird) came a few months ago, telling us all lies about our furnace. They even went as far as telling me that I need a new furnace. Called Mason and Grant to get a second opinion. Ashley was great on the phone and scheduled me right away for this week. Chris, Mason, and Grant were so knowledgeable and explained everything as he went. Found out the furnace was fine and even tuned it to be more efficient. Thank you again! Will definitely be using Mason and Grant and requesting Chris again if anything goes wrong.

Mason & Grant were outstanding. I called in the morning, and Chris arrived just a couple of hours later. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the most likely fix clearly, and knew exactly what he was doing. Great service all around. I’ll definitely use them again.

Great group of folks at Mason & Grant! Called for an estimate to replace our old furnace. Chris showed up, walked us through what we had and explained all of our options. He even retained our older duct work so we could see exactly how the new furnace would perform. That way when it’s time to replace it, he can build us a ducting system once and save time/money. Chris & Bryan delivered our new Carrier furnace, removed old one, and had new one almost done on first day! Bryan and Nick came back next day and finished the installation. Shout out to Ashley for helping me with billing, warranty information, and scheduling everything. I can’t say enough about Mason & Grant! Call them for your heating & cooling needs before wasting time/money elsewhere!

Wow! My furnace wouldn't start over the weekend, so I called Mason & Grant first thing Monday morning. I talked to Ashley, who said they could help me that day. I kid you not, Allen, five-star service technician, arrived within about an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem, left to get a replacement part, and was back to fix the furnace that day. My house is warm and safe. I highly recommend this company!
