Best money I have spent and a fair price for a thorough, quality inspection. Brandon did a great job fairly pointing out the good, the bad and the ugly of a home. The report available after was well organized and honestly fun to read. Will always use Mason on future home inspections in their service area!

Mason Home Inspections did great work inspecting our home that was rebuilt following a house fire. He spotted a number of things that we were able to address proactively with our builder. Brandon gave me confidence knowing that our home was rebuilt properly. He was also very prompt and responsive. Nice job Brandon.

In response to their response: this is city water/sewer, not septic. i paid $735 in february for an inspection of the home and sewer line. i asked multiple times about the sewer line, and he said it was good, no problems. now, ive paid $665 to get my line snaked, and i have to do line repairs, or we’ll have backups again. we’re talking thousands in damages to the floor, walls, remediation to avoid molding, and line repair work. pay someone from the city that your realtor trusts to do your inspection, pay their trip fee, it’ll be cheaper than the thousands it’ll cost to fix their undisclosed oversights. don’t use this company. not to mention, the guy never addressed me, the person that bought the house, because i’m the woman, and he kept talking to my boyfriend, who kept telling him to t
