Every time i do a delivery here the receiving department never does their freaking job. For most i do understand when there is more than one drive delivering i know the wait time differs but when i am the only one delivering at the time the damn wait time is always from 30 to 40 minutes regardless if you have 1 skid of material to deliver. They always tell you the same thing that they are going to find a forklift to unload you and NEVER return to actually unload you. While they are "looking for a forklift" there is always 3 to 4 forklifts in the area. This department clearly needs new management to fix this lousy department and get them to do their job. Drivers beware.
