Masonry Contractor - Joshua Cleveland

We hired Josh and his team to tear out our basement windows and fill in with concrete. He went above and beyond and did a fantastic job. Bonus: he even swept up and cleaned up the mess after he completed the job! Here on going forward we will be using and recommending Josh for our concrete and masonry needs. We highly recommend Josh and his team.

Josh did a great job installing an concrete pad for my driveway. Have had it for a couple of years and it's rock solid with no signs of wear. I will consider his expertise for any other jobs that I may have.

Josh is hands down the best mason around. He has done a bunch of projects for me over the years. I’ll definitely call him to do more. Can’t ask for any better work, and is a great individual as well.

This job involved several miscommunications including incorrect placement of a cement pad on the streetside of my house. I paid the contractor to correct it with a second pour since I had not insisted that placement details (position, height, width, length, color) were included on the contract I signed. An approximate completion date was not on the contract. Payment was demanded mid-August before sealing and it was never completed by June the following Spring, at which point I did not want this company back. Debris removal was also not on the contract and I was asked if the debris could be left - I thought for later pickup that never happened.

Josh and his team did an awesome job. Finished job is beautiful.
