Mass Carpet Cleanup

Do not book. I booked on 10/8 for the 8-10am time slot. Kept getting a text that they had to push off the time until later in the day. I was accommodating and told then I could wait. Then they canceled completely and said I needed to reschedule. Unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. Clearly, I am not the first to have this issue. Wish I read the reviews before they wasted my time.

Deep couch clean: The service was expensive and very poorly done, I trusted the professional but when he left, and I went to check the couch and I saw that he didn't even remove the pillows to clean, the corner where the sofa was leaning against the wall was not cleaned either, and also interior part! I took the pictures as you can see, I’m so disappointed and I would never recommend this company.

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BOOK!!! I scheduled a cleaning with them for 3pm. They confirmed with me twice earlier during the day then they CANCELED on me on top of the hour/last minute! They have no regard or respect for other people’s time. Highly unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM

DO NOT BOOK! I originally scheduled a cleaning, and then they cancelled thirty minutes before the appointment. Then, they rebooked and showed up an hour past the arrival window. I was quoted on the phone for $80, but upon arrival they said that service would only provide a spray and vacuum, which would be done in "10-15 minutes." The next option to upgrade was $425. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

They no called and no showed my first appointment. Insisted on rescheduling two days later and the same thing happened. Waste of time.
