If you want the job done right, call James from MassPools. Period. This guy is the real deal. Showed up after 7pm—most people are winding down, but not James. He worked non-stop until 9:30 at night, making absolutely sure everything was perfect. Not just “good enough”—perfect. He vacuumed the pool thoroughly, adjusted and leveled everything, and didn’t rush a single step. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing it right, not just getting it done. Total professionalism, and the kind of pride in his work that’s rare to find these days. I’d call him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone who wants peace of mind knowing the job is in the hands of someone who actually gives a damn. Thanks James—you’re a legend.

James is an absolute pleasure to work with. He communicated clearly, sent an email invite to confirm our appointment, showed up when he said he would, and he re-plumbed our pool and hooked up our new pool heater for us for a very reasonable price. He's amazing! He also replaced our old flex tubing with hard pvc pipe, and our pool has MUCH better flow now! Very happy with everything he's done!

Update: James contacted me immediately to remedy the situation. He came through quickly to help get everything addressed, and now we're in the process of perfecting our pool setup. We hope that he'll be our pool professional going forward, and will be recommending him to the future owners of our current house.

MassPools did a fantastic job replacing our pool motor pump on short notice. We were worried we wouldn't have a functioning pool this Summer, since the next available appointment with other companies would have been in 2 months. Despite the very busy pool opening season, we got booked within only a few days. The technician was friendly, responsive, and reliable. We're very happy with the service and will definitely be using MassPools again.
