Mass Roofing and Gutter

I contacted Mass Roofing and Gutter for an urgent roofing issue after water began dripping from my ceiling following a recent storm. They scheduled a service appointment for the next day with a two-hour arrival window. They never showed up – and more concerning, never contacted me to cancel. It is now several hours past the end of the scheduled window with no communication at all. This no-show forced me to take time off work unnecessarily and left me with an unresolved active leak, meaning additional days of delay to find another contractor. For an issue involving water damage, reliability and communication are essential, and this experience demonstrated neither. In hindsight, I count myself fortunate. Mark did an outstanding job installing a replacement copper gutter system. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. He walked us through the entire process and explained our options clearly, and made sure we understood.

Hired Mark the company's owner to do a siding, window wrapping, porch and gutters job. The work was subpar. Mark and his crew was very unprofessional. Good luck trying to get in touch with him to follow up with any work that he didn't finish. Mark makes alot of fake promises. I've missed alot of time from work waiting for Mark to come by, always a no call no show. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I reached out to Mass Roofing and Gutters a couple of days ago through their website to request a quote for replacing the gutters on my detached garage. The next morning, I received a text asking for the address and details of the job. After I responded that it was just for the detached garage, I never heard back. I followed up with another text to see if they were interested in providing a quote—still no response. A simple reply, even just to say the job is too small, or I am busy, would have been appreciated. At the very least, some courtesy. It's disappointing and shortsighted. Small jobs can lead to larger projects down the line. Too bad. I hope it's an oversight on their part. I can't rate this company because I never used them before. I put 3 stars to be able to post the message.
