Be careful of these folks. They grossly overcharged on a small repair job and when I questioned them and asked them to explain the bill, they got very defensive and never gave me an upfront answer about how they arrived at their labor cost or time on the job (which I kept track of). After I asked a number of legitimate and logical questions, they started backtracking and telling me all their "billing policies" which were never stated up front. After we went through all of their policies, there was still over $120 unaccounted for at which point the OWNER told me the difference was their standard fee for ESTIMATING small jobs. Their tech was onsite for 5 minutes during the estimate. I am in the real estate and construction business and I have NEVER EVER had someone charge me $120+ for an es

Sent the guy that burns brush to my place to replace a house generator battery. Charged full rates of an electrician (which he was not), plus drive time, plus drive time to go get battery, plus time to get advice from person on the phone, plus, plus plus. Paid the excessively high bill after getting no where with owner and never called again.
