Massey Septic Service

Massey septic service is the best in my opinion ! They are upfront about their cost and have no hidden fees like other companies. The receptionist is great, as well as the boys out in the field. First class service all the way! I give them a 10 out of 10.

Terrible experience with Massey Septic. They came out to pump a septic tank they installed at our rental house. They used a backhoe to dig to find it and dug into the main water line to the house. It was in a direct line from the meter to the house so we can't figure out why they'd dig there with a backhoe. Once they broke through the water line, they informed the renters they were going to shut off the water. They didn't mention that they'd broken the water line. Then they just left. This was around 4pm on a Saturday. They left without saying a word to the renter or to us, the owner. We called to find out when they'd be coming to fix it and were told it'd have to wait until Monday. No water for a household of 5 from Saturday until Monday?? I called on Saturday morning of Thanksgiving weekend at 7:45am after calling 5 other companies the previous night. I expected to leave a message like I did with the others and to my suprise, they actually answered the phone! The lady I spoke with was very courteous as well as apologetic that they could not come out that day but booked us for very first thing the following Monday morning. They called Monday morning at around 7:45 and were at our home before 8:30am. The Gentlemen that came out were very professional and quick to find and fix the issue and honest about the entire process explaining every step of the way what they did and why.
