Massey Services GreenUP Lawn Care Service

After a year of service with the Massey Landy Lake office and numerous calls to control nutsedge, crabgrass, spotted spurge weeds, and chinch bugs, finally they decited to spraid with a pottent weed killing spray on weeds and killing parts of the lawn in numerous areas shown below in pictures. In some areas I had to intall new sod. They claim that I didn't water properly and a zone wasn't working, if that was the case, then the whole area would have been dead. The sevice they provide was always inconsistent and they let weeds and bugs take over. Thereafter, they decided to add plugs in damaged area where it would take several months to grow and it was not acceptable by the HOA for appearance code. Massey decided not to replace the area with new sod.

Myra is a star!!! She was patient and kind straightening out a mistake made on my part. Wish more businesses had wonderful people like her working for them!

As I've mentioned before, it would be helpful if Massey techs would leave a copy of each service rendered on our door. Otherwise, we really have no way of knowing if they actually did the service, or just drove by and stuck a little sign by the curb.

We've been customers of Massey services for 8 years. Started out well. There isn't a service that we didn’t have a contract for (landscape, Greenup, pest, irrigation, etc.). Over the past year the local Wildwood team has become ineffective and unresponsive. Our lawn is in such bad shape that it has begun to damage our neighbors lawn. 1 star given to the billing department for continuing to take our money. Moving on...beware🎯
