Massey Services GreenUP Lawn Care Service

I've had Massey for my termite and pest control for 17 months. I decided to use them for landscape and landscape lighting. They arrived yesterday and were completed the same day. I couldn't be happier. Several of my have told me how impressed they are with the work. Ben Cox is a great employee, who is extremely professional and personable. I highly recommend Massey for everything you need! I've added before & after pictures, plus photos of the lighting.

Sedge weed has been spreading. Called numerous times about it. They give excuses but reluctantly come back and re-treat but it does not help. Lawn was looking awful. So we bought weed control to get it under control. If we have to buy weed control products, then we need to reconsider paying Massey.

They agreed to put sod and plugs in my lawn in NOVEMBER 2025 and now its JANUARY 2026 AND STILL NO SERVICE TO MY LAWN, LIKE THE MANAGER AND GENERAL MANAGER PROMISED. ALWAYS EXCUSES. Had mole crickets keep coming back in my lawn the past 2 years. All while being serviced by Massey. My lawn looks worse than 2 years ago

I had new sod put down and Massey started treating it about a month later. The sides of my house looked like crap after a couple months.. I called and they sent 2 managers out. All they did was try to upsell me on more things. The guy was blaming everything except themselves. It's always something else's fault. He pointed out a spot in the corner near my fence, and that wasn't even an issue to me. These people don't have solutions. They have meetings to train managers on how to get more money out of customers. Stay away. Never again.

Massey came out on May 14 and gave me a price of $620 to provide sof, plugs plant to plants and fertilize. I agreed to the job but didn’t realize that they were going to use my card that was on file for pest control to charge me the total price. I didn’t hear from them so I called last week and they told me they would come out on May 29 to do the job. The salesman explained that after the job was done, they would come two weeks later to fertilize. So today I called up to confirm and I was told that they weren’t coming to do that job today. They were only coming to fertilize and they had to wait for the sod company and would be coming on June 5.. This is the first I heard about that and they never explained that to me.
