I had Paul Bouchard come to my home in Ormond Beach to look at an issue I had with my sprinkler heads. Paul went out of his way to help me find the main issue which was a major leak. He did not have time or supplies needed for the repair as this was just supposed to be an estimate to change out sprinkler heads. I explained to Paul that I had company coming over later that day so Paul came back to my home with the supplies and fixed my line break. What a difference it made. Paul is professional, knowledgeable and far exceeded my expectations! He represents the best in Massey services and I will now use Massey whenever I need work done. Thanks to Paul and thanks to Massey for having such wonderful caring employees!

Angie Bello came out and inspected my lawn (free service) I within an hour after being notified. She is a very sweet and kind person and seemed very knowledgeable about what she was doing. She seemed very trustworthy and caring. I am just hoping for a much better price than I was given since I am a long time customer & pay promptly.

Angie at Massey is phenomenal. I had her quote three programs for me and she didn't complain once as she got the measurements each time. She helped work with me to explain what was going on with my yard. Massey may cost a bit more than the other guys but you get better service for the extra cost and quality people like Angie working with you.
