Massey Services GreenUP Lawn Care Service

I have used Massey for several years and for a while they did well. They provide lawn care and irrigation maintenance. However, for the last six months they are missing the mark. I have areas of my lawn where the grass is dying. The lawn care tech says it is an irrigation problem. The irrigation tech says it’s a lawn care issue. A manager came out and said it is a problem with the people who cut my grass. The person who cuts my grass has been doing so for more nearly three years and the grass has been fine for most of that time. I meet with the irrigation tech when he stops by and we look at my sprinkler system and the coverage is good. The Massey manager who came out had a cavalier attitude and I don’t think he really looked at what is happening. I believe he is the weak link. I think it

Andre was our Massey service technician and was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in resolving a broken pipe issue in our irrigation system. He came up with an idea that was very creative and beneficial. He also suggested a future change that would resolve a long time issue I was having in a section of my lawn. Not only was he knowledgeable but was friendly and courteous during the whole time he was taking care of a very messy situation. Thank you Andre!

Today I had my house inspected for wood, destroying organisms like termites and such and Massey Services sent out a phenomenal representative who was so thorough and so helpful in answering my many questions. His name is Peter.Guido. Not Only did I appreciate his demeanor and good natured approach to his work, but the level of experience Peter has cannot be taught in any school or through any other means except hard work. And Peter has all of the intangibles that makes a great representative for any company and I think Massey is lucky to have him. A big thank you to Peter Guido and Massey..
