Massey Services GreenUP Lawn Care Service

I invite anyone who is interested in contracting Massey Services GreenUP for weed control to take a look at my front yard before you waste your money, time and effort with this company. This was a freshly seeded lawn installed in May 2025. I am posting before and after photos of my results after 5 months of service. Poor work ethic is a understatement. Nothing but excuses for not showing up to simply spray some weed killer. We followed all instructions. The satisfaction guarantee is joke. Getting a refund on the balance of my contract takes 1 month. No fancy Massey Truck comes to your property. Just a old broken down Dodge pick up truck that’s always in the shop or some guy in a compact car that jumps out and changes into a Massey shirt and mixes some spray at your garden hose. Famous last

Attached are before and after pictures from Massey failing to provide services I paid for, resulting in my lawn being ruined. I paid for a year of Massey lawn and pest when I bought my new build home in 2023. They came out a total of 3 times, two of which were a month or more late. My new sod lawn became overrun with weeds. My daughter has had allergic reactions to the weeds growing. My first documented complaint was in January of 2024, they promised to fix everything. From then I never spoke to the same person twice, they told me there was “a shuffle in management” but that they were going to make things right.
