Massey has been our pest control professional for over a year. To be honest the first technician lacked communication skills. He did not listen to the issues that concerned my pest control problems. However since Leo took over our pest control issues are non existent. Leo is professional, knowledgeable and well skilled. He is an expert of his craft. Leo listens. Kudos to Leo an amazing technician!

Just wanted to say we are very happy with Massey for our pest and termite services. They have always been very friendly, pleasant, and easy to work with. They never make me feel bad for a call back due to seeing activity in between scheduled services. Most recently, we had them back because we had a ton of spiders and spider webs all over our property. Because of the nature of the visit, I was present with the tech, Aaron, for a lot of the time to be able to show him specific areas and also walk the entire property to make sure we got everything. He was so above and beyond amazing that I felt compelled to mention him in this review.
