This place forces you to sign a 12 month service that doesn't work they are over priced and not worth it. I still have the initial infestation they were called to take care off.

Update: they are trying to make it up Update: The manager said he will be here every tuesday to make sure it is right. He was doing well till today. No call. No show. They have been given plenty of chances and they just cant keep up with their promises. I also found out today my parents are also having problems with no call no shows and being overcharged. Along with one of their friends who has also been having problems with masseys. I will no longer be going thru them. Update: they are trying to charge me for services i never received. They wont answer emails. I paid over $110 for him to put some few cents roach motels. Said he had an emergency and had to leave and will be back in two weeks. Well a month goes by and nothing. I called them. Scheduled a new date. And was a no call no sho

Ethen was very informative in explaining the termite inspection and the different options to chose from , they were back out the following week to due my termite treatment !

UPDATE: after leaving the review they have been out several times, it looks like the problem is resolved. Seen a couple but they aren’t running very fast and it’s only been one or two. Just need time for the poison that is down to do its thing. I signed up for a maintenance plan. I contacted Marvon/Massey because of a friends referral. We bought a house and quickly find out the previous owner had German roaches. They were infested with them. It was a bad infestation for sure. When I contacted Marvon a representative of the company came out and inspected the house. They stated that they had a new treatment for eradicating them quickly. It was a 700.00 series of four treatments. Maybe 700.00 for spraying bugs isn’t a lot of money to some people but it is to me. I knew the roaches were bad

I recently signed up for their service and am very pleased! They're reasonable when compared to my last pest company and cover lots of services. They even dress nicely which was a professional touch. They explain everything in an understandable way. Great experience so far
