We had Massey for lawn and pest control over the past 2+ years. Prior to them taking over, we had resodded our lawn ourselves and take a lot of pride in the appearance of the front lawn. Last year, we somehow got chinch bug which killed a lot of the grass. We had to call in multiple times to finally have a tech come out to say there is nothing wrong. We then had a manager come out who had no explanation for how we had gotten chinch bug except to tell us that “we don’t spray for that unless you tell us to”; all while our lawn was supposedly being treated for pests and fertilization. Instead of replacing our dead grass, they offered to put plugs in the entire strip by the road, which seemed to work somewhat. Fast forward to about 1-2 months ago… we called in to get a service call for brown p

Xavier is the the tech I have had for any home I have owned in the past 40 years. He is prompt, professional, and personable. A true asset to this company. I have texted pictures of critters to his phone and had him call and tell me he was on his way to deal with them. Xavier has even made friends with both of our pups. One of which is a rescue and very skittish.
