Massey Services Pest Control

Recently I had made a complaint of Massey services and I can say they took it seriously and gave me the opportunity to discuss with them and the provided sincere apologies and offered solutions to the issues I had. I have been a loyal customer for several years and will remain with them as their services and the employees who manage our property are courteous, polite and professional.If I have any problems I know I contact them and they are always ready to provide solutions to resolve any issues. They have very competitive pricing for the services they provide and they have proven to be customer first and focused. Bravo.

Massey services Inc installed Termite baits and they broke my sprinkler pipes. I got to know once my contractor dig around the leak. As it was weekend Massey customer service said they cannot do anything and as I have contractor who already digged I had to pay him 250$ and complete the work. On monday I called customer service and shared the pictures of the damage and few days later they called and said they would have repaired for 20$ and I paid over and cannot reimburse, I asked them to come and do the same thing again and dont have to pay anything as I know how much work it required and the contractor did to fix it. They said they will call back and am still waiting. if at all you are planning to take their service be carefull with the installation.

We have been using Massey Services for all of our pest needs. They take care of termite control, outside pests and mosquitos. I think our technician, Dustin, is the best of the best!

Never expected this while signing up. Very unpunctual and unprofessional in fullfilling the service. I paid for a whole year and had to follow up multiple times to get a service that was missed by the Masssey team. I'm seeing all sort of pests activity currently.

We absolutely love our technician, Joe Rosales! He is such a pleasure to work with every time we see him, always so nice, polite, and courteous. Very detailed with his work, and actually does his job and cares to do it right! Ever since we got him as our technician, we can see the difference and our residents are happy.
