We are happy with our services from Massey company. We've been with this company for many years... ,and now we have a lush, beautiful green color healthy lawn, much less weeds, no pests in the house, and working well irrigation system. Whenever a problem occurs we are sure it will be solved in a timely manner and fast. Great company to hire.

Branden did a great job with our termite inspection. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He not only did a thorough job, but was very personable and gave us a lot of much appreciated advice. We are looking forward to working with Massey and Branden in the future!

Manager won't return calls, front desk doesn't communicate with customers or technicians, bought an entire year and nothing that was promised has been delivered. Currently going through the credit card company for a charge back. Avoid at all costs. Believe the 1 star reviews, wish I had.

Wow! I've never had such a thorough bug inspection. Branden McDonald called me early am, and unlike his competitors who call one day and make an appointment for a week away...not Branden!!! He worked with MY schedule and said "I can be there in an hour.". Perfect. He walked every inch of my property. He was here for 90 minutes!!! I do love Massey Services to the bottom of my heart!
