Jose Coffman is my technician for my area, great guy all around. Anytime we call he is there within a timely manner and always can tell when he is off/ on vacation. He comes in makes sure he checks everything, speaks to everyone. Communication is on point! Always asking if we need anything else, making sure the service is met. Never had a problem with him, keep him in my area!

Our business has been loyal Massey customers for many years and we have always been satisfied with the service. I am writing a review now because our new technician, Drew, has raised the bar! Every time he visits, he takes the time to stop and check in with us, making sure we have no questions or concerns. He also explains what he has done each month in clear detail. The extra attention and communication really stand out and shows how much he cares about doing the job right. It is rare to find that level of professionalism and customer service these days, and Drew absolutely deserves recognition for it. We're very thankful to have him as our tech and hope Massey knows what a great representative he is for their company.

The customer service was outstanding. Mr. Jose Muñoz, who visited us, was an absolute gentleman—he kindly answered all our questions. Later, technician Steven Lemine removed a massive nest of giant wasps. He entered our home with great respect and carried out the entire service professionally. Both are based in Leesburg, Florida, and they make a great team. Thank you so much and congratulations!

I have been GM of my facility for over a year now and have gotten to know my tech Jose Coffman very well: Professional and personable, he always does a thorough job and answers any questions I may have. I highly recommend Massey, for their products and people.

Massey is trash, I would have given zero stars if possible. Moved into our new home in April and signed up for everything (termite, pest, irrigation, and lawn). Prepaid for the entire year to get the price break (don't do that). The irrigation and lawn people blamed each other and gave contradictory advice on watering, etc. Had irrigation out 3 times only to be told the system was "perfect". Meanwhile the lawn looks terrible while they tell me to be "patient" month after month. I decide to cancel and notify them (they require 30 days notice, so charge for the last two services that they did not perform). Told I have to wait 6-8 weeks to process a refund. Only received partial refund and still chasing the balance owed. Net-net is that they don't care and provide horrible service.
