Massey Services Pest Control

Alex is a great service technician! He always calls to let us know he’s on the way. He does a great job inside our house and outside our house. He’s always there when we need him. MICHAEL is new to the company. We met him for the first time this week. He was wonderful, explaining in detail why they were changing out the termite traps. He made sure we understood everything and he did a super job putting in the new termite traps.

I’ve been a customer of Horne’s/Massey since 1999. I have been consistently pleased by the professional and personable staff that have come out to provide pest control services. I am not particularly scared of bugs, but when it comes to things like mice and other four legged creatures, I don’t feel so confident. the company has gone out of its way to patiently support any efforts to minimize creature intrusion, and any questions that I’ve had have been answered appropriately. Most recently I’ve had Dylan come out to provide the services, and he does so efficiently and pleasantly(His manager even came today and was just as nice!). Though I must admit that I enjoyed having a local company provide the services, Massey seems to be a fairly good regional company itself.

My pest technician (DeShawn) was great! He’s always so professional and does a thorough job. He’s always smiling and keeps my home freed of bugs. Massey always hires great workers, I highly recommend them. Professionalism, reasonable prices and trustworthy at its best.

Will did an amazing job inspecting my place. He was honest when I asked about termite treatment. He could have easily told me something else just to make more money. David came out 2 days after my inspection. He was on time. When I told him about my yard ant problem. He treated the ants 3 different way to help reduce the problem. He came in the morning and by the I get off work. I saw a big improvement. I look forward to continuing to get serviced with David.

14 October 2025: Mr Dillion Belcher is the quintessential service tech. He is very detailed oriented. He knows the history of roaches, or any farment in or outside your home. Mr. Belcher's customer service is second to none. I haven't seen a roach or ferments since Mr Belcher serviced our home. I can't imagine any other tech that we would want to service our home. Thank you Mr Dillion Belcher. You are such an asset to your company.
