We talk about the different critters and the potential problems they could cause. Jesse is very thorough in his description of how he is treating my home to prevent any issues. Great customer service and extra help when needed! I met and spoke with Robert Plyler and not only did he listen and was nice, but he helped me with solutions that weren't crazy unlike other companies!
