Massey Services Pest Control

I was a customer for four years, but had to fire them last week. About three months ago, I told the technician who sprays my yard that I was having issues with weeds and what looked like chinch bugs. He assured me he’d take care of it. When he called last week to schedule another visit, I explained the problem had gotten worse and that I now also had a large outbreak of nutsedge. Again, he said he’d handle it. After his visit, I checked my security cameras and saw that he barely sprayed—completely missing about one-third to half of the yard. He spent less than five minutes on the whole property before driving down the street and sitting on his phone.
