Terrible lawn service. They DESTROYED our lawn, not helped it. I’m not sure exactly what it was we were paying for, because whatever the “service” was didn’t do a thing, and chinch bugs took over. Yet the tech came routinely and did he not see this????? And then, when I called the office, pretty hot I might add, I got a snotty customer service rep. When I got an attitude from her for asking for a manager to take a look at our lawn, I told her if she didn’t, we’d be looking at small claims court. Her answer? “Whatever”. We did finally get a manager out here, and he apologized. Wanted to keep our business. Well, no-this damage happened over 6-12 months and if your techs can’t do their jobs and you take our money regardless, why would we stay? So he offered to plug our lawn. Well-that was ove

Been using Massey for many years and have always had excellent service. Same Tech for long time and always timely polite and does the job. Good company and responsive.

Jesse and Masseys has been taking care of our pest control for about 6 years now. They are always quick to respond if we have an issue, which are thankfully rare. Jesse is personal, professional, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend both Jesse and the team at Masseys.

We have experienced only excellent service by Massey technicians over the years. This past year, Kyren has been professional with a pleasant, personable and efficient work ethic that Massey would be proud of him representing their company. Kyren always asks if there are any areas of concern to focus on and he immediately addresses them. Kyren is a technician who is conscientious that the work that he does is quality, representing not only Massey, but of himself, too. Always look forward to our Massey scheduled appointments.

On November 7, I contacted them and signed a contract to get rid of snails. The rep was new and not very knowledgeable Jim sold me the wrong product when they came out to spray On the 13th the guy told me he had the wrong chemicals and we were sold the wrong product. I tried rectify this by calling the office. They told me they’d send somebody out the following Monday or Tuesday I didn’t hear anything. Nobody contacted me. I called Massey again on Wednesday the 18th. They told me somebody would be out Friday the 21st. Nobody ever showed never nobody ever contacted me so I will be contacting their office to cancel their service because this has been an overall nightmare and no customer should be left in the dark like this and it is unacceptable and very unprofessional.
