Massey Services Pest Control

We had a Termite appointment that was scheduled with a nos show. I called about it and asked what went wrong, and the reason was actually legit. Stephanie, the phone rep, was nice to offer to reach out to their GM over the Termite department, Jeremy Mullins. Jeremy came out same day and got the job done. On the other hand, we’ve been having issues with dead grass spots and chinch bugs, been waiting over a month for the LawnCare service manager to insert plug-ins and haven’t heard a thing. Called and called and called and still they still couldn’t get the job done. While onsite at our property, Jeremy was able to expedite things by contacting the GM Santos over the LawnCare department in Daytona Beach. Jonathon Swen was out today to do my annual termite inspection. He was an excellent representative for Massey. He made me aware of some of the other services Massey had available, explained them well and prepared a quote for Massey to take over my Lawn and shrub fertilization and pest control for both. He was knowledgeable, informative, and respectful. Although I had Massey for both of those services a number of years ago and left because I was dissatisfied with their service, Jonathon convinced me to try them again. I was so satisfied with my meeting with him that I have decided to hire Massey again for both services.

I have five accounts with Massey Services in Port Orange. I managed to get myself all confused so I went in and spoke to Stephanie, the office manager. She was patient and thorough and extremely kind. I left there no longer confused!
