I hired Massey for my lawn service, because I wanted to make sure I had a beautiful lawn for our new home. I called them several times about weeds and ants all over my yard. Well they never mentioned that Bahia lawn can’t be treated for weeds or it will call the current grass. Needless to say they treated it anyway and burned my lawn everywhere. I voiced my issues with the office and was never contacted about what they would do about it. They have a money back guarantee, but I was never offered any kind of a refund. I wish I could show pictures of what they did to my beautiful lawn!!!!! I have since hired a different company and my lawn is starting to show signs of life again. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

As a regular Massey Irrigation customer I requested an inspector to come out and look at some dry spots and water spray on my home. Ken Lightle arrived on time and with a big smile listened to all my concerns. He let me tag along and addressed each issue. He was able to do some adjustments right then and there and ordered part replacements for my next scheduled maintenance to be replaced. I couldn't ask for any better service!

Ken Lightle was the Massey inspector who performed the annual termite inspection. He was kind, extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. He was very accommodating and made us feel comfortable in his professional demeanor. We highly recommend this outstanding inspector for making it easier for the average homeowner to completely understand the state of our home. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but his explanation's made us feel completely

Larry was the best technician! He listened to our concerns and made it happen. Applied a heavier spray and put a stronger gel than the others did from the get go! First guy we had, we didn’t like cos he didn’t fill in the holes under the sink as promised in the paperwork. After calling Massey about it, they immediately took action and changed the technician. They followed up with us for 2 weeks straight for free to combat the issue. Thank you 🙏
