From the intial visit by Walt the inspector who was fantastic to Jess the technician came to our home for our initial service at the time they said they would. Jess was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do before he started and during the process. I can tell he’s been doing this for quite some time and really cared about doing a good quality service. I did not want a company that was going to come in our home with pets and start spraying all over. Jess took care to do the interior with strategically placed granuals/powder and traps and explained why he was doing so. He also explained thoroughly what he was doing on the exterior. I am so glad I went with Massey and not a spray and go exterminator.

His knowledge of pests and pest control is outstanding, and he explains issues and solutions in a way that makes everything easy to understand. The wife and I would like to thanks Mr. Evan for his service, he was very patient with us, explaining the details of the four week treatment that we had in order to but a end to the sighting of what he called German Roach 🪳, He also explained to the wife every time he came over to keep her clam....for freaking out over the bug sighting. Also, he educated me on things that I thought I knew. Very professional, nice, polite and very respectful young man. Keep your head up and keep keeping on. May you continue to be blessed. We have been members for many years and can’t complain about their service. Our current tech, Evan Moore, is on it. He always sends me a text the day prior to let me know he’s coming. He is thorough and gives us tips to maintain our yard and the outside of our home. I would highly recommend this company.

Massey is always wonderful to work with! They let me know ahead of time they're coming, follow up with any concerns or changes, and are super informative! I had Evan today and he even brought up some extra concerns I was previously unaware of and walked the perimeter of my house to inspect for any potential damage. He was a wealth of information and support!
