So these guys supposedly are contractors for DirecTV service/installs. Missed my install window of 8am-12pm which was scheduled weeks in advance. No calls, no texts, no updates. Called into DirecTV at 5pm and they tell me that my appointment was just "missed", and that there's nothing they can do. POOR service, POOR professionalism; don't work for these crooks and don't hire them.
They missed the 4 hour install window and were rude about it.
