The windows are large so they had to be custom made. Shannon answered all my questions, and the price was great, compared to other quotes I received from competitors. The shutters are a good product. However, if you are a homeowner, you need to know what I did not know before spending thousands of dollars with this company. 1. They will not deliver your shutters (even if you offer to pay for it). I had to rent a Uhaul and go get them. 2. This company does not install the shutters (I did know this up front, but didn't fully understand the challenge because of #3). 3. You will only get verbal instructions, so if the individuals that you are hiring to install them don't go with you to pick them up, you have nothing to provide the installers. 4. I purchased 16 shutters. It took 2 men 2 days to install (you need 2 people). 5. All of my shutters were installed wrong so I had to pay labor for a 3rd day to have them redone. From start to finish, I was really impressed with Master Aluminum. Their website was not only easy to navigate, but helpful. I worked mostly with the General Manager Ms. Shannon Cheney, she was a cheerful and caring. I met her father, the owner whom clearly takes pride in his craft. Their warehouse was clean, and thriving with orders when I went to pick-up my Z-blade bahama shutters. (which look better than I expected) I would highly recommend Master Aluminum if you are considering replacing or installing any type of metal shutter.

Found this family owned and operated business on the internet after I was getting the run around from local installers about pricing, etc. Mario/Shannon were a complete pleasure to do business with accommodating me on a Saturday pickup. They offer very fair pricing and quality second to none! Mario knows his stuff and is very thorough and passionate about his product. Going to anybody else for aluminum shutters is folly and more expensive! I also toured their shop which is well run and organized. I installed my new shutters in a couple of hours and given all the hardware I needed except for the 1/4" tapcons. Thank you Master Aluminum!

Shannon was super responsive and great to work with. I was able to send photos to verify sizes and hinge type. Realistic expectations for the completion of my shutters was set upfront and even with Covid and supply chain issues they delivered on time.
