I always get excellent service and today was no exception. Two technicians came and showed me a picture of how clean the gas boiler chimney was after cleaning. They also checked the wood stove chimney. They were knowledgeable, very pleasant and professional. They were so cordial on the phone while I was booking the appointment, continue to do follow up to ensure that I knew what time they were arriving, and we’re not only knowledgeable, but kind when they came to do the service. Mike was great! The whole thing took less than and hour, he was nice and with his equipment, there is virtually no mess. A detailed report gets sent with the invoice. Very easy, done and done!

Matt did an excellent job cleaning my wood stove and hot water flue. He explained specifically what he was going to do and summarized his findings. Great customer service.
