Update: After writing this review I have since been contacted and this was resolved. Glad they did what they could to resolve it. They assured me that their lack of response was due to management being away and sick for sometime. Understandable, and now the assistant knows they can handle instances like this on their own if management is not available. Bit of trust restored and mistakes happen. Original post: I hired Master Clean USA for a move-out cleaning to save time, reduce stress, and hopefully help secure my deposit back. The place was already pretty clean and while they did a good job on the bathroom, the rest of the house was poor and felt rushed and incomplete. We have been using your team for almost 4 years now and the level of service has been as great as when you started, which is wonderful. The team always is nice, professional and goes the extra mile when they can. For example they will start the dryer for me if clothes are in the washer, which is a great way to save me time and very much appreciated. They pay attention to the details as well.
