I am writing this review after almost 10 months as I wanted to see how does the quality and workmanship of this fine business sustain. And I have to say, I am very pleased with work performed by Bob and his team and the quality of cabinets/ finishing and the countertop. From the start to end, working with Bob was a seamless experience. He was able to provide me different options in all price range. The work was done is a timely manner. The workers who came to install were courteous. Great communication and wonderful office staff.

MASTERCRAFTERS - what an incredible team! Beginning with our showroom experience of selecting a product to the final installation we were impressed and very pleased. In the showroom there was a genuine interest to inform us of the various types and grades of materials and give us a clear picture of how a particular product would or would not work in our kitchen and bathrooms. They even had one of the workers carry over from the manufacturing building a bathroom sink when we were trying to explain what we wanted. It was spot on and we knew then that they were listening and would be great to work with. Of course it was also a fair price that also worked well. Installation day went like clockwork. I highly recommend Master Crafters to do any job that you may need done. They are a family business and they are amazing. Everyone goes that extra mile to help you. They never rush you and help you through every process for my bathrooms, they even spend what seems like hours to just help me pick out shower curtains. They are a total package when it comes to remodeling or doing a job for you from scratch. I actually miss going in there too see Paula and Paige. You will love them! My wife and I replaced granite countertops and a 4-inch backsplash with quartz countertops and a full backsplash. We chose Mastercrafters in Dover, Delaware after visiting their office/showroom to look at samples. All contractors working on the project provided quality work. A new sink was included and we even got rid of a garbage disposal from under our sink replacing it with a normal drain pipe and cleanout. Mastercrafters did an exceptional job and we are happy to share it with others. We highly recommend them and their contractors.

I could not be more thrilled with the design and materials from Master Crafters for my new kitchen. Great company to work with. Thanks for making my dream kitchen come true.
