Love my pool and patio!!!! Working with Jose was a very satisfying experience. He understood and executed the work of the pool according to my requests. From the swim up bar stools to the sun shelf with bubblers to the tranquility sounds of the waterfall and deck jets. Also, the relaxing spa with jets. There was never a disagreement or a misunderstanding. On the contrary, he had suggestions with a lot of sense. Jose helped us to have the pool and patio that we had always dreamed. Thank you Jose for your professionalism, kindness and for helping us to make our pool and patio come to reality!!! I recommend Jose 100%!

The pool looks nice when since I was the one who designed it and the tiles etc. First issue I had was the excavator put a lien on my house since the owner (Jose) did not pay them because the excavators took my earth from my land and took it elsewhere. Not that it matters, but Jose didnt like the fact the excavators did a side job for me since I needed other work done and since the machine was there, why not.... Finally after talking with Jose, he did pay the contractor and took the lien off. Second, the tiling was poorly done which was done by his all around helper. Even the sanding of the edges to make round looks horrible. I had to get the owner to redo the tile which took over 6 months. Lastly, I order a heater for spa and pool. I order X model, he gave me Y model. Yes, it's my fault

Hace 4 años les dejé este review por el fatal trabajo que hicieron en mi piscina y lo subo nuevamente nunca le dieron solución a mi piscina. Agregaré nuevas fotos de cómo está el Plaste de mi piscina actualmente y sin solución aún!!!! LOS PEORES DEL MERCADO DE CONSTRUCCIÓN DE PISCINA. Esta persona Jose Paredes dueño de Master Craftsman Pools en Miami, CERO o nada de profesional hizo mi piscina en miami, la cual la hicieron con los materiales más malos que pudieron encontrar en el mercado. A los 3 meses aparecieron manchas en mi piscina, desde entonces he llamado a José Paredes el dueño de la compañía muchas veces y le escrito mensajes de textos y nunca contestan. Cobraron su dinero y nunca más se les volvió a ver. Tuve problema con el el plaste de la piscina, con los travertin hundidos al
