Master Halco

Really disappointed in this location. I recently started a fence company and wanted to buy material from Master Halco. My company wanted to promote and install post master. They refused to even set my company up with an account.

Master Halco has the worst customer service I've ever seen. I started a fence company and wanted to use post master. Master Halco refuses to even let me set up an account with them to buy material.

The first couple orders I had no problems as long as I came to pick it up the salesman Kenneth is a stand up individual. Very knowledgeable about his job and a very respectful person. Just don't ask for a delivery because of a person who will ruin the whole company Charlie Babb. Homedepot charges $70 delivery fee on whatever you want delivered to anywhere. Why would this guy start out with a $60 fee then add on $150 to unload it with a forklift. Not only that when something was said about he just canceled my order. That's about the worst customer service I've ever seen.

Clive really helped me out with some product info and stock checking. If he hadn’t gone out of his way to provide some detailed info, we would’ve never known. Would happily continue doing business when the reps are like that.
